The Protection Portal is an internet-based client care center that provides real-time access to your insurance. Log on to your customized homepage to keep current on the latest news in insurance as well as to receive your insurance documents, request changes and much more 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.


Morris & Reynolds has long been paperless and digitizes all of your documents as they arrive. We now also deliver your policies and endorsements to you electronically via The Protection Portal. When these documents have been delivered to The Protection Portal we will notify you by email and you will then have full access to view, copy and print them. 24/7/365.


Review and request certain changes to your policies including editing drivers, vehicles, locations and equipment.


Rest assured that your information will be safe. The Protection Portal has security to protect the loss, misuse or attempted alteration of information under our control. We use standard, industry accepted, methods of securing the site and machine(s) involved. The Morris & Reynolds Protection Portal offers you secure, password protected access to your insurance documents and a variety of online services 24/7/365.

1. In order to access your Protection Portal, please click on THE PROTECTION PORTAL LOGIN BUTTON located at the top of this page.

2. Once there, use your Login ID and Password to access your Protection Portal.

3. Access to The Protection Portal will be granted to users that are close to a renewal date, so if you have not received your Login information, look for it in your inbox, it will arrive soon.

4. If your renewal date has arrived and you have not been provided with a Login ID and Password, you can always request one by contacting your Morris & Reynolds Insurance representative by email or phone at 305.238.1000.

5. Lastly, a request can also be made through The Protection Portal itself by clicking on the Sign-Me Up! button.

6. You will be required to fill a short form that requires you to input your first name, last name, and email address. This information is required for us to be able to process your request.

7. At registration time, only one Login ID and Password will be provided per Insured. This will be the main contact on file. If an Insured has a need for more than one user account, we will happily provide you with up to 2 extra user accounts.
